Return a Luba for service (shipping)

If you still have the original box, please repackage the mower only and let us know. If you're Luba is in warranty, we will then send you a shipping label for the machine come back to Auckland. If you don't, it isn't a problem, please package the mower and let us know the dimensions.

Please make sure that the mower is packaged securely, and well protected.  Take care to ensure that the robot can't move much and is packaged tightly, as it will get shaken during transport.

Please also unbind the machine from your account, so we can test your machine. Take care not to check the option to clear your data, as this will delete your maps.
