Would you mind please checking the firmware is up to date. To do this, on the first screen of the Mammotion App with the picture of the mower, please click the hexagon in the top right hand corner, please then click Robot version. Does this prompt you for an update? Or does this notify you this is the latest firmware?
Once complete, please then go back to the first screen with the picture of the mower, swipe across to the picture of the RTK you have binded, and repeat the process by clicking the hexagon in the top right and clicking Robot version.
