Uploading Data Log

Can you please upload a data log so that the engineers can assess the problem?

When you're in the Mammotion app, click on the cog which will bring up a menu.  If the mower is connected to the internet, you should see the option to upload a log.  You don't need to upload the vision log (untick this option).  Your mower must be turned on & have connection to the internet.  Bluetooth won't work here.


If it keeps timing out please ensure you have stable & fast internet connection.

  1. Open the Mammotion App: Launch the Mammotion app on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Access the Settings Menu: Navigate settings icon in the top right . This is usually represented by a gear icon or three hexagon shape icon .

  3. Tap Upload Logs Section: Look for an option labeled "Logs,"or something similar. This section is where you can manage and upload logs.

  4. Select Basic Logs and Enter details: Within the logs section, there should be an option to upload logs. Ensure you select the basic logs

  5. Follow On-Screen Instructions: The app may prompt you to confirm the upload or provide additional instructions. Follow these prompts to complete the upload.

  6. Wait for Confirmation: Once the logs are uploaded, you should receive a confirmation message within the app.
