Firstly can you please restart you mower?
- Turn Off the Mower: Press and hold the power button until the mower turns off completely.
- Wait a Few Seconds: Allow the mower to remain off for about 10-15 seconds.
- Turn On the Mower: Press and hold the power button again until the mower turns back
If that doesn't resolve the issue can you try adjusting the height manually using the controls on the mower?
