March 24/03 Update: Patch pushed last week, seems to have fixed a lot of the errors where customers cannot connect to mower at all. However experienced myself when mapping, still has issues saying "Bluetooth interrupted" while mapping and causing inputs to not do anything for 5-10 seconds every 3-5 meters of map.
All issues Mammotion introduced with an app update late Feb. Both IOS and Android subsequent updates have seemingly resolved this issue. Images attached to send to customer to let them know how to update the app on both IOS and Android.
