Charging Issues - Docking Station

Is the docking station located on grass or concrete? There has been the odd occasion where the charger, if on grass or a soft surface, can sink into the ground or the front wheels of the mower wear out a bit of a channel that means the mower is not sitting on the docking station properly with its nose either a bit too high or low. To test this, when the mower appears to stop charging, if you lift the front of the mower, does the mower begin to start charging again with the light on top of the docking station flashing? Alternative you can place a piece of wood under the front of the dock so it lifts slightly.

This is basically to ensure the mower is sitting perpendicular with the charging docking station. If this is the case, then it could be the position of the charging station and an easy fix by either relocating the charging docking station.
